Connee's Healthy Life Style!

Company and the gym.....this turned out to be an easy excuse for me. Lynn didn't really think it was the best thing for her to do...going to the gym.....so guess who decided she shouldn't go and should stay home and visit with Lynn, my sister?....ME! I kind of liked this little vacation from the gym.  We had company for over a week and had a wonderful time visiting with them. My other sister Donna and my Aunt Jane came too.











We went out together to some of our favourite restaurants and to a new Japanese one that was great fun too.
