I Might Not Make My Challenge of 1310 Minutes of Exercise In The Month Of June!

I had several days last week when I had company, that I could not do my actual walking that I had planned to do and we did not go to Bally's....I should have given my self a little more leadway. Even though this is the last day in June I had planed to continue the Challenge until Sunday...the end of the week. Today we didn't get home until after 10:00PM, so I didn't get to walk today either. I just have Saturday and Sunday to do the 220 more minutes....I would really have to work at it. But we are planning on working in the yard tomorrow...maybe that would help! Maybe we could go to Bally's Saturday and Sunday. Then if I walk.....Oh this sounds hard....but I so want to succeed!

The June To Remember Challenge is Almost Over!

June To Remember Challenge is almost over and I did really good until last week. I met my first goal of 10% right on time and we went to the movies Mission Impossible III and it was good! Then I met my second goal...25% right on time too...Yeah! Got to buy the new jean shorts and the orange sleeveless top with jewels on the front! Before the Diamond Rio Concert came I met my third goal....50% and last Sunday we went to the Concert at Stage Coach Stop...It was outside and the day was perfect and the concert was good. I even bought myself their Greatest Hits Album number 2. I'm playing it right now! I liked the Concert and their songs but I think they could improve on presentation...with their name Diamond Rio...It should be more glitzy.....maybe a sparkly sign and their outfits were ugly....I think I need to talk to them...They were too plain jane! Now I have the last leg of my Challenge....and I kind of let down last week.....I had company from out of town coming and I missed walking and Curves a little. I didn't mean to but I got a late start one day and Curves was already closed. Then on Friday we went to the International Gem and Jewelry Show...it was great! but I didn't go to Curves but did do a lot of walking there. Saturday we went to the local town garage sales, and Sunday we went to the Concert. Of Course I wanted to cook really good measl too....so there went the diet stuff...Donna brought the best cookies and that was hard for me to resist since I love cookies. Anyway, I only have 955 minutes and still 355 minutes to go until Sunday! This will be kind of hard! I will have to do more walking than I planned....and I do have a difficult knee...it gets sore easy. But I am going to try!

It's June And After The Cruise!
We had a wonder time but the bad news is that I gained 4 and 1/2 pounds. I really don't think it was the Cruise...I think it was visiting relatives in Florida...we ate out almost every meal! But I have already lost 0.50 lbs and I know I will lose back down below 170 soon. I am doing a special challenge called June to Remember. I'll try to copy it here!

Personal Monthly Goal for June:
To lose at least 4 pounds in a month
Go to Curves every week day! 30 minutes a day!Follow the Family Circle Walking Plan minutes vary each day!
Go to Bally's each Sunday. minutes vary but at least 45 mins
Try to stay under 1600 calories
Minutes/workdays/etc pledged for June:
To exercise 1310 minute
1st week 275 mins 2nd week 300 mins.
3rd. week 345 mins 4th week 390 mins Wow, This sounds hard.....I hope I can do it!

10% ~ 130 Minutes ~ Go to a Movie
25% ~ 328 Minutes ~ Buy light blue jean shorts (size 14) and top (maybe sleeveless????)
50%~ 656 Minutes ~ Go to Diamond Rio Concert!!!
100%~ 1310 Minutes ~ Pack a Healthy Lunch and spend Saturday or Sunday Afternoon with Mike driving around in the new car with the moon roof down! or Go to the Lake for the day!
